However, from time to time unforeseen incidents occur due to factors that are not dependent on us, which travelers must take into account, including that these incidents may cause changes in the trip plan and impair the level of the promised trip.
The criteria for rating tourism services, their reliability and quality are not uniform in all countries and do not always meet the criteria known to us – this must be taken into account.
Lavona Travel 2006 Ltd. orders for the traveler flights and ground services from external service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, railway and shipping companies and so on. Lavona Trev 2006 Ltd. will not be responsible for disruptions and / or unforeseen incidents that are not under the control of Lavona. Moreover, such ground services and flights are not provided by destinations, and are purchased for travelers from external sources, such as airlines, hotels, transportation, etc. B, therefore, in relation to these services, a destination company is only an intermediary between the travelers and the service providers, and it is not responsible in any way for disruptions and / or malfunctions and / or changes that will occur.
The size of the groups will be 17 to 27 hikers, unless otherwise stated in the trip plan in terms of minimum / maximum group size.
The company reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 28 days before the date of departure of the trip, inter alia, in case there was no registration of a minimum number of 17 participants in the trip. In this case, the traveler will be refunded the full amount of money he paid.
In special circumstances and emergency situations the company may notify the cancellation of the trip or a partial change even at very short notice. This is in extreme cases where it is not possible to take the trip and / or in cases where according to the company’s opinion there are unreasonable risks in taking the travelers on the trip. In these special circumstances that do not depend on us we include strikes, urgent security warnings – clashes and fighting situations, epidemics, guidelines Of competent authorities, extreme weather and natural disasters, strikes, etc. In all these cases, the company will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, or inconvenience due to the changes and / or cancellations that will apply as a result.
In case of partial or full cancellation, the money will be refunded to travelers by offsetting the money actually paid by our company to suppliers in Israel and abroad. We emphasize that we will not be able to refund travelers money paid by our company and for which we will not receive refunds due to these circumstances. The customer’s details will be updated in accordance with the data that will be filled in by the customer in the online registration form found on the website.

The passenger must make sure that the passenger’s name is the same as the name on the passport with which he intends to fly. When completing the order, the customer will confirm the order details and the correctness of the details he provided.

The customer’s details will be updated in accordance with what is stated in the online order form on the website.
Filling in all the details required for the purchase of the product by the customer will be considered to place an order – upon receipt of the order, the site will check the credit card details and only after approval of the credit company and / or after receiving a deposit confirmation from the bank as explained below. The customer’s charge for the product will be made via the credit card and / or by bank transfer by the customer to the company.

How to make the payment for the order
Payment for the products will be made by credit card or by direct bank transfer to the Levona Travel 2006 Ltd. account.

If the customer is mistakenly charged by the credit company, the customer must notify the company in order to make a credit accordingly.
The price for cash / bank transfer payers is no extra charge. Credit card payers will be charged a clearing fee according to the following rates:

The prices of the trips that appear in the various publications are based on the prices of the various services in Israel and abroad.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide our company with a valid passport photo for at least 6 months from the date of the trip returning to Israel. Visas (Visas)
On trips where an entry visa is required to the destination country, it is the responsibility of the traveler to provide the necessary documents to the company’s offices for the purpose of issuing the visa on the date and in a manner specified by the company.
Information about the required visas is published in the trip plan and in any case it is the responsibility of the traveler to be updated on this matter. The visas listed in the trip plan apply only to holders of Israeli passports.
The entry visas will be issued through our company and / or through companies that issue visas, as long as the traveler did not want to take care of the issuance of the visas himself and this was acceptable to the company.
A traveler who chooses to issue the visas through our company – it is his duty to provide the company with his passport and passport photos and all accompanying documents in accordance with the period of time required to issue the visa in accordance with the schedules of the authorities at the same destination.
Travelers who choose to issue the visa not through our company, must send copies of the visa to our company within a reasonable period of time before the trip leaves and the traveler must be updated at the company offices what the required schedule is.
In any case of cancellation of the trip or change it, the cost of issuing visas to the traveler will not be refunded and the company will not be responsible for the damage involved.
Lavona Travel 2006 Ltd. will not be liable in the event that a traveler’s entry visa is refused or prevented for any reason, including, a defect in filling out the forms, non-compliance with schedules, or any other reason.
The traveler will bear the cancellation fee expenses involved in canceling his trip in accordance with the cancellation fee of each and every trip.
The traveler must make sure that he has an entry visa that corresponds to the number of his entries to the destination countries on the trip.

Health and vaccines
Lavona Travel 2006 Ltd. is not a medical entity and therefore is not authorized and prevented from providing any information on issues of medical recommendations and / or vaccines.
The trips are planned on the assumption that the hiker is in good health and without walking difficulties and has the ability to cope with the walking involved in the trip (sometimes a long walk over a long period of time – whether in cities or in nature)
We recommend contacting your family doctor and / or any other relevant doctor, for inquiries about your personal medical condition and recommendations regarding your ability to participate in the trip in accordance with the destination countries and the physical challenges that the trip poses.
Travelers with special needs or with physical limitations and / or various medical limitations – our company must be informed at the time of registration in order to verify their suitability for the trip.
For information on vaccines – travelers should contact the health bureaus or travel clinics before registering for the trip, the details of which can be found on the Ministry of Health website.
No more smoking while traveling. Smoking breaks will be given to smokers. A smoking traveler who shares a room with another traveler – will refrain from smoking in the room. Smoking in hotel rooms is generally prohibited and smoking in the hotel room may result in fines in accordance with hotel rules.
Purchasing a health insurance and luggage policy is mandatory, and the sole responsibility of the traveler!
It is recommended to purchase insurance when booking the trip – to cover cases of cancellation of travel due to medical reasons.
In the event of an emergency of hospitalization abroad or in the event of termination of the trip, the traveler will activate the health insurance and be in contact with the insurance company’s hotline. Our company will do everything in its power to provide assistance to the traveler in the best possible way. The traveler is obliged to insure himself with insurance that includes clauses related to cancellation of travel and / or shortening of travel for any reason.
Challenge insurance – we recommend including the addition of challenge insurance – in accordance with the proposed itinerary and the recommendations of the insurance company.
Flights
The company reserves the right to select an airline and flights for each trip at its discretion and in accordance with the trip plan.
Flights of Israeli airlines usually pass through security routes. Flights of foreign airlines are sometimes made on routes that are not defined as security and travelers for whom flight routes are important to find out with us before registering for a trip.
Changing the flight schedule does not depend on Lavona Travel 2006 Ltd. or under its control but on the airlines (due to downtime, weather, or other). To clarify the plan for the new flight dates. The rating of hotels is not universal and is not according to clear international criteria and is determined differently from country to country and is often not determined at all so that hotels with the same rating can have different quality levels. We publish the rating of the hotels according to their self-rating as it appears on the website of each hotel (as long as there is such a website). In case of dispute in this matter, the level of the hotel will be determined according to its self-rating.
At any special request of the travelers, the request will be forwarded by us to the hotel directly or through our agent in the destination country. Lavona Travel will not be able to commit to the fulfillment of the application by the hotel.
In case of overcrowding in the hotel you have arrived at, the hotel may provide an alternative hotel equal in level to the original hotel or at a higher level. We emphasize that we will do our best to find suitable alternatives but our company will not be able to be responsible for the quality of the alternative hotel.
Entrance and exit to hotel rooms is in accordance with the exclusive policy of the hotels. Lavona Travel is not responsible for the nuisance due to renovations and / or construction in the hotel or in the adjacent area, insofar as it provided the traveler with all the information in its possession when registering for the trip.
Some hotels provide rooms with twin beds only. A double bed can not be guaranteed in the room.
A traveler wishing to stay in a single room will be required to pay a supplement for an extra room for a single person as specified in the trip plan.
The size of the room for a single person and its quality varies from country to country and from hotel to hotel. The purpose of the room for a single person is for the stay of one traveler, so in most cases it will be a room smaller in size.
Lavona Travel will not be able to commit to finding a roommate on a trip and in the event that no roommate is found, an additional single room will apply to the traveler.
If a couple of roommates who have been placed in a double room before the trip want to move to a single room, as far as possible, they will have to pay the extra room for a single during the trip, directly to the hotel or local provider.
On the hiking trails that include self-driving – car and passenger insurance is not included. It is the passenger’s responsibility to insure himself accordingly.
The price of the trip is as it appears in the trip plan and it also specifies the sections what is included and what is not included in the price (the number of days of the trip includes the day of departure and the day of return).
The terms of payment will be as it appears in the registration form of Lavona Travel, it must be read carefully when registering and pay attention to the various payment options and reservations.
No credit and / or refund will be given to travelers who have not used one or more of the services / activities that appear during the trip.
No refund and / or credit will be given to travelers in cases of shortening of the trip days as a result of changing / canceling flights. If the airlines make changes to the flights at the last minute, and this will affect the trip plan and cause additional expenses – the travelers will be charged extra.
The price of the trip is determined according to the rates of the various services in Israel and abroad on the day of registration. The price is per person in a double room and is denominated in dollars / euros.
All currency conversions will be calculated according to the exchange rate of transfers and checks (sales) as it appears on the Bank Hapoalim website on the last business day preceding the payment date.

Payment by cash by the traveler more subject to the provisions of the law to reduce the use of cash, 2018, including transactions over 11,000 NIS, the traveler will be able to pay in cash ten percent of the transaction price or 11,000 NIS, whichever is lower.

In the event of disagreements between the company and the traveler, the exclusive and unique local jurisdiction will be solely to the court of Netanya, regardless of the place of registration or residence of the traveler.

הוראות תקנון זה ותנאי השימוש המופיעים באתר מגדירים את מערכת היחסים המשפטית בין המזמין לבין האתר, את תנאי השימוש באתר ו/או את הזמנת המוצרים מן האתר המעידים על הסכמת המזמין, לתנאים אלה ולתנאים נוספים המופיעים באתר.
החברה רשאית בכל עת, על פי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי, לעדכן תקנון זה .
החברה עושה כמיטב יכולתה להציג את המידע השלם והמקיף ביותר לגבי המוצר לרבות תמונות, חרף האמור בסעיף זה יובהר, כי עלולים להופיע באתר בתום לב וללא כוונת זדון ו/או מתוך רצון להטעות, אי דיוקים ו/או שגיאות ו/או השמטות והחברה,
החברה והאתר לא יישאו באחריות כלשהי הנובעת מאי הדיוקים ו/או או השגיאות.
תמונות המוצרים באתר מוצגות לצורכי המחשה בלבד.
כל אדם, לרבות חברה, רשאי להשתמש באתר במידה ומלאו לו 18 שנים, לרבות לבצע רכישות באמצעות האתר או דרך הטלפון, בין היתר, בכפוף להיותו כשיר לבצע פעולות משפטיות מחייבות, בעל כרטיס אשראי תקף ,שהונפק ע“י אחת מחברות כרטיסי האשראי
מטרת חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ היא לקיים את תוכנית הטיול המופיעה במלואה כמתוכנן, אולם, מסלולי הטיול והביקורים באתרים ובשמורות השונות, נתונים לשינויים בהתאם לנסיבות ולשינויים הקשורים לטיסות, מזג האוויר, אופי המדינות, ועוד, ולשיקולים שונים של המדריכים הנובעים מניסיונם האישי.

הטיולים מתוכננים היטב לאור היכרותנו עם הארצות בהן אנו מטיילים, תושביהן ומנהגיהן ולאור הניסיון הרב שצברנו. עם זאת, מעת לעת מתרחשות תקלות בלתי צפויות בשל גורמים שאינם תלויים בנו, אותן על המטיילים להביא בחשבון, לרבות שבתקלות אלו יש כדי לגרום לשינויים בתכנית הטיול ולפגיעה ברמת הטיול שהובטחה.
הקריטריונים לדרוג שירותי התיירות, אמינותם וטיבם אינם אחידים בכל הארצות ולא תמיד תואמים את אמות המידה המוכרות לנו – יש לקחת זאת בחשבון.
חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ מזמינה עבור המטייל טיסות ושירותי קרקע מספקי שירות חיצוניים כמו חברות תעופה, בתי מלון, חברות תחבורה, חברות רכבות וספנות וכיוצ”ב. חברת לבונה טרוו2006 בע”מ לא תיהיה אחראית לשיבושים ו/או תקלות בלתי צפויות שאינן בשליטת חברת לבונה. זאת ועוד, שרותי הקרקע והטיסות כאמור אינם מסופקים על ידי יעדים, ונרכשים עבור המטיילים מגורמים חיצוניים, כגון חברות תעופה, בתי מלון, הסעות וכיו”ב, לפיכך, בכל הקשור לשירותים אלה חברת יעדים הינה בגדר מתווך בלבד בין המטיילים ונותני השירותים, ואין היא אחראית באופן כלשהו לשיבושים ו/או תקלות ו/או שינויים שיחולו.
גודל הקבוצות יעמוד על 17 עד 27 מטיילים, אלא אם פורסם אחרת בתכנית הטיול מבחינת גודל מינימלי / מקסימלי של קבוצה.
החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל טיול עד 28 ימים לפני מועד יציאת הטיול, בין היתר, במקרה בו לא הייתה הרשמה של מספר מינימאלי של 17 משתתפים בטיול. במקרה כזה יוחזר למטייל מלוא הכסף ששילם.
בנסיבות מיוחדות ובמצבי חרום החברה רשאית להודיע על ביטול הטיול או על שינוי חלקי אף בהתראה קצרה מאוד. זאת במקרים קיצוניים בהם לא ניתן להוציא את הטיול ו/או במקרים שבהם ע”פ חוות דעתה של החברה ישנם סיכונים לא סבירים בהוצאת המטיילים לטיול. בנסיבות מיוחדות אלו שאינן תלויות בנו אנו כוללים שביתות, התרעות בטחוניות דחופות – עימותים ומצבי לחימה, מגפות, הנחיות של רשויות מוסמכות, מזג אוויר קיצוני ופגעי טבע, שביתות וכיוצ”ב. בכל המקרים הללו, החברה לא תיהיה אחראית לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, או לאי נעימות עקב השינויים ו/או הביטולים שיחולו בשל כך.
במקרה של ביטול חלקי או מלא, יוחזרו הכספים למטיילים בקיזוז הכספים ששולמו בפועל על ידי חברתנו לספקים בארץ ובחו”ל. אנו מדגישים כי לא נוכל להחזיר למטיילים כספים אשר שולמו על ידי חברתנו ואשר לא נקבל בעבורם החזרים בשל נסיבות אלו. הכספים שיוחזרו יוחזרו בשקלים. למען הסר ספק יובהר, כי אם שילם הנוסע בשקלים, יוחזר לו סכום הכסף ששילם, ואם שילם במטבע זר – יוחזר לו סכום הכסף במטבע זר או בשקלים מחושב לפי שער החליפין של המטבע כפי שהיה ביום ששילם לחברה. חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ תהיה פטורה מלשלם פיצוי כלשהו למטייל עקב ביטול הטיול מהסיבה המפורטת בסעיף זה.

באחריות המטייל לוודא כי הוא קיבל את כל המידע והעדכונים האחרונים הקשורים לטיול. מטייל שאיננו יכול להשתתף במפגש הקבוצה צריך להשלים את קבלת המידע ואת תאום הציפיות.
טופס ההרשמה החתום יישלח לחברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ על ידי המטייל בפקס 077-5101554 או ישלח לכתובת מייל office@wordpress-433400-2237625.cloudwaysapps.com
מטייל אשר שלח “טופס הרשמה” אך לא שילם את דמי המקדמה ייחשב כמי שמתעניין בטיול אך לא כמי שרשום בפועל לטיול וחברת יעדים תהיה פטורה מלשמור לו מקום בטיול וכן תהיה פטורה משריון הזמנות עבורו.
חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לדחות כל בקשה להרשמה לטיול לכל מטייל מבלי צורך לנמק את שיקוליה בנדון.

פרטי המזמין יעודכנו בהתאם לנתונים אשר ימולאו על ידי המזמין בטופס הרישום המקוון המצוי באתר.
לבונה טרוול רשאית מעת לעת לדרוש פרטי זיהוי נוספים.
בעת ביצוע ההזמנה באתר תתבצע באמצעות כניסה אל עמוד הטיול המבוקש ובחירת תאריך טיול. לאחר בחירת התאריך לטיול הרצוי יזין המזמין בטופס המקוון המיועד לכך בתהליך ההזמנה את פרטי המזמין הבאים: שם פרטי, שם משפחה, מס‘ טלפון,
כתובת דואר אלקטרוני, כתובת מגורים, עיר, מספר תעודת זהות, פרטי דרכון מלאים, שם מלא בלועזית, מס’ דרכון, תוקף דרכון. בנוסף יש להזין גם את הפרטים המלאים של השותף/ים לחדר. לשדות המסומנים בכוכבית קיימת חובה למלאם ובלעדיהם לא תתאפשר השלמת ההזמנה .
על מנת למנוע כל אפשרות של תקלה בשדות התעופה או במהלך הטיול, על המזמין להזין פרטים מדויקים ונכונים.
על הנוסע לוודא כי שם הנוסע זהה לשם המופיע בדרכון שעמו מתכוון לטוס. במידה והנוסע מסר פרטים שגויים על הנוסע לשאת בכל ההשלכות על כך. לרבות תשלום קנס של חברת התעופה עקב דמי שינוי שם / רכישת כרטיס טיסה חדש / שינוי שם
במלון / מניעה מעלייה לטיסה וכו’. אין החברה אחראית על השלכות אלו, מלוא האחריות היא על המטייל למסור אלינו פרטים מדויקים.
בעת פעולת השלמת ההזמנה יאשר המזמין את פרטי ההזמנה ואת נכונות הפרטים שמסר.
מילוי כל הפרטים מהווה תנאי מוקדם לביצוע ההזמנה וזאת לשם ביצוע ההזמנה ביעילות וללא תקלות ועל כן יש להקפיד על מסירת כל ה פרטים במדויק.
פרטי המזמין יעודכנו בהתאם לאמור בטופס ההזמנה המקוון באתר.
מילוי כל הפרטים הנדרשים לרכישת המוצר על ידי המזמין יחשב לביצוע הזמנה – עם קבלת ההזמנה, האתר יבצע בדיקה של פרטי כרטיס האשראי ורק לאחר אישור חברת האשראי ו/או לאחר קבלת אישור הפקדה מהבנק כפי שיובהר להלן, ה פעולה תאושר ויצא אישור סופי של ההזמנה, חיוב הלקוח עבור המוצר יבוצע דרך כרטיס האשראי ו/או דרך העברה בנקאית על ידי הלקוח לידי החברה.
על הנוסע ליידע את החברה האם ישנם ילדים בהזמנה – ככל שקיימת הנחה היא תהיה כפופה כפי שיקבע על ידי כל ספק השירותים השונים.
מרגע מילוי פרטי האשראי ושליחת ההזמנה – כל הזמנה הנעשית על ידי החברה, גם אם היא ממתינה לאישור – תראה כהזמנה שבוצעה לכל דבר ועניין ותחויב בדמי שינוי ו/או ביטול ככל שקיימים, ובהתאם להוראות הדין בהתאם למפורט בתקנון זה ועל פי הוראות הדין. הנוסע מאשר כי התחייבות “בלבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ ” תקפה אך ורק לאחר ביצוע מלוא התשלום עבור המוצר המבוקש.
החברה או מי מטעמה לא תהיה אחראית בשום צורה לכל טעות בין אם נגרמה בתום לב ובין אם לאו, הנעשית על ידי הנוסע בהקלדת פרטיו ו/או פרטי הרכישה ו/או אם פרטים לא נקלטו במערכת ו/או לכל בעיה טכנית ו/או בעיה אחרת המונעת מהמזין לבצע את ההזמנה .
עם מסירת פרטי הלקוח במסגרת תהליך ההזמנה ו/או הרשמה לרשימת הדיוור ו/או הרשמה בטופס מקוון באתר לקבלת מידע אודות אחד מהטיולים ו/או מסירת אמצעי קשר ברשתות החברתיות פייסבוק ואינסטגרם, מאשר הנוסע המוסר לחברה לשלוח למענו ו/או לכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני ו/או באמצעות הודעת SMS ו/או הודעה באפליקציית וואטסאפ ו/או ברשתות החברתיות המוזנת בהזמנה, כדי לעדכן אותו מעת לעת בנוגע למבצעים ובמוצרים השונים שהחברה מציעה, לרבות מידע פרסומי ושיווקי, וזאת כל עוד לא ביקש הנ”ל להימחק מרשימת הדיוור.
הפרטים שימסרו על ידי הנוסעים נשמרים במאגר של “לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ ” ותהא רשאית להשתמש בו בכפוף לדין .
הפרטים כפי שהוזנו בטופס ההזמנה על ידי המזמין, יהוו ראיה לנכונות הפעולות.

אופן ביצוע התשלום עבור ההזמנה
התשלום עבור המוצרים יעשה באמצעות כרטיס אשראי או באמצעות העברה בנקאית ישירה אל חשבון “לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ” .
אם יבחר המזמין להשתמש בכרטיס אשראי לשם ביצוע התשלום, יתבקש המזמין למסור את פרטי כרטיס האשראי, תעודת זהות, סוג הכרטיס, תוקפו ושלושת הספרות .CVV אם החליט המזמין לשלם באמצעות העברה בנקאית אל חשבון הבנק של
במקרה של העברה בנקאית לחשבון “לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ “, תאושר ההזמנה רק לאחר אסמכתא מהבנק שהסכום הועבר.
הנהלת החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להפסיק את השימוש באמצעי התשלום כלשהו באתר, להתיר שימוש באמצעי תשלום נוספים ולהחיל הסדרי תשלום שונים על סוגי כרטיסי אשראי שונים או אמצעי תשלום שהחברה תכבד.
לאחר שהוזנו פרטי התשלום בטופס ההזמנה המקוון, ישלח אל המזמין אישור באמצעות הדואר האלקטרוני על קליטת פרטי ההזמנה. יובהר כי אישור זה אינו מחייב את החברה לספק את המוצרים שהוזמנו והוא רק מעיד שפרטי ההזמנה נקלטו בהחברה .
מיד לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה, תבצע החברה בדיקה של אמצעי התשלום בו השתמש המזמין, תינתן הודעה מתאימה למזמין כי ההזמנה אושרה וחשבונו יחויב בעלות השירות.
במקרה בו לא אושרה העסקה על ידי חברת האשראי או כל אמצעי תשלום אחר שיהיה באותה עת, יקבל המזמין הודעה מתאימה על כך והחברה תיצור קשר עם המזמין לשם השלמת העסקה או ביטולה .
יובהר כי יתכנו מצבים בהם על אף שהפריט מוצג באתר כקיים במלאי -תאריך הטיול המבוקש,בפועל הוא חסר ולא ניתן עוד להירשם אליו, במקרים אלו תבוטל העסקה ולמזמין לא תהה כל טענה בקשר לכך בכפוף להשבת הסכום ששולם על ידי הלקוח.
במידה והמזמין חויב בטעות על ידי חברת האשראי, על המזמין להודיע לחברה על מנת לבצע זיכוי בהתאם.
המחיר למשלמים במזומן / העברה בנקאית אין תוספת מחיר . למשלמים בכרטיס אשראי תתווסף עמלת סליקה לפי השיעורים הבאים:

עסקה ב-2 תשלומים: תוספת מחיר 2%
עסקה ב-3 תשלומים: 2.2%
עסקה ב-4 תשלומים: 2.5%
עסקה ב- 5 תשלומים: 2.75%
עסקה ב-6 תשלומים: 3%
עסקה ב-7 תשלומים: 3.25%
עסקה ב-8 תשלומים: 3.45%
עסקה ב-9 תשלומים 3.95%
עסקה ב-10 תשלומים 4.10%

מחירי הטיולים המופיעים בפרסומים השונים מתבססים על מחירי השירותים השונים בארץ ובחו”ל .
במידה וחלה התייקרות בשיעור מיסי הנמל ו/או מיסי דלק ו/או היטלי הביטחון ו/או כל מס או היטל אחר אשר חלים על הנוסע מיום ההזמנה ועד יום הספקת השירות תחול חובת התשלום על הלקוח בלבד.
השער לתשלום עבור הטיולים המאורגנים המפורטים בפרסומי החברה יהיה על פי שער מזומנים הגבוה מבניהם הנקבע ביום העסקים האחרון שקדם למועד ביצוע התשלום לפי בנק הפועלים.
החברה מצהירה ששערי המטבעות הזרים לעומת הדולר לפיהם מתומחר ובנוי עלויות החברה, הם אלו שהיו בתוקף בחודש לפני מועד פרסום הטיול.
החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לדחות השתתפות ו/או לבטל השתתפות של כל נוסע אשר על פי שיקול דעתה לא יוכל להשתתף בטיול ו/או עלול להכביד על מהלכו התקין של הטיול.
מחובתו של כל נוסע לעדכן וליידע בכתב את “לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ ” בטרם הרשמתו לטיול, על כל מגבלה בריאותית ו/או פיזית ו/או נפשית ו/או כ ל מגבלה אחרת שהיא, אשר יש בה כדי למנוע ו/או להקשות ו/או להכביד על השתתפותו של הנוסע בטיול או על
מהלכו התקין של הטיול. במקרה שכזה לא תהיה חייבת החברה להחזיר את מלוא התשלום אשר שילם הנוסע עבור השתתפותו בטיול .

חברת ה טרוול 2006 בע”מ שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להפסיק השתתפותו של מטייל אשר התנהגותו ו/או מצב בריאותו מונעים השתתפות בטיול ו/או פוגעים או עלולים לפגוע במטייל עצמו, במדריך או במשתתפים אחרים, והכל על פי שיקול דעתו הבלעדית והמוחלטת של המדריך בטיול.
באחריות כל מטייל להעביר לחברתנו צילום דרכון בר תוקף לפחות ל – 6 חודשים מיום חזרת הטיול לארץ. באחריות המטייל לוודא כי בדרכונו ישנם לפחות 3 עמודים ריקים לטובת הנפקות ויזות והטבעת חותמות בכניסה לארצות היעד. באחריות המטייל לוודא שהדרכון תקין ושלם ואיננו קרוע או בלוי בטרם העברת פרטי הדרכון לחברתנו.
חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ לא תישא בשום אחריות לסיבוכים והוצאות נוספות שעלולים להיגרם כתוצאה מהעברת פרטי דרכון שגויים לחברתנו או כתוצאה מהחלפת דרכון לאחר ההרשמה לטיול (באחריות המטייל למסור לחברת יעדים את פרטי הדרכון החדש שהוחלף בסמיכות להחלפה).
אשרות כניסה (ויזות )
בטיולים בהם נדרשת אשרת כניסה למדינת היעד, באחריות המטייל לספק את המסמכים הדרושים למשרדי החברה לצורך הוצאת האשרה וזאת במועד ובאופן המוגדר על ידי החברה.
מידע לגבי האשרות הדרושות מפורסם בתכנית הטיול ובכל מקרה באחריות המטייל להתעדכן בעניין זה. האשרות המפורטות בתכנית הטיול מתייחסות לבעלי דרכונים ישראלים בלבד.
אשרות הכניסה יונפקו באמצעות חברתינו ו/או באמצעות חברות המנפיקות ויזות, ככל שהמטייל לא ביקש לדאוג להנפקת האשרות בעצמו והדבר היה מקובל על החברה.
מטייל שבחר להנפיק את הויזות באמצעות חברתינו – מחובתו להעמיד לרשות החברה את דרכונו ותמונות פספורט ואת כל המסמכים הנלווים וזאת בהתאם לפרק הזמן הדרוש להנפקת הויזה בהתאם ללוחות הזמנים של הרשויות באותו יעד.
מטיילים אשר יבחרו להנפיק את הויזה שלא דרך חברתינו, יש להעביר לחברתינו העתקי הויזה תוך פרק זמן סביר לפני יציאת הטיול ועל המטייל להתעדכן במשרדי החברה מהו לוח הזמנים הנדרש.
בכל מקרה של ביטול הטיול או שינוי בו, לא תוחזר עלות הוצאת הויזות למטייל והחברה לא תהיה אחראית לנזק הכרוך בכך.
חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ לא תישא באחריות למקרה שאשרת הכניסה של מטייל תסורב או תמנע מסיבה כלשהיא, לרבות, ליקוי במילוי הטפסים, אי עמידה בלוחות זמנים, או כל סיבה אחרת.
המטייל יישא בהוצאות דמי הביטול הכרוכות בביטול נסיעתו בהתאם לדמי הביטול של כל טיול וטיול.
חובה על המטייל לוודא כי ברשותו אשרת כניסה התואמת למספר הכניסות שלו למדינות היעד בטיול.

בריאות וחיסונים
חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ אינה גוף רפואי ולפיכך אינה מוסמכת ומנועה מלתת כל מידע בנושאים של המלצות רפואיות ו/או חיסונים.
הטיולים מתוכננים מתוך הנחה שהמטייל הינו בעל בריאות תקינה וללא קשיי הליכה ובעל מסוגלות להתמודד עם ההליכה הכרוכה בטיול (לעיתים הליכה ארוכה על פני זמן רב – בין אם בערים או בטבע)
אנו ממליצים לפנות לרופא המשפחה ו/או כל רופא רלוונטי אחר, לבירורים על מצבכם הרפואי האישי ולהמלצות בדבר יכולתכם להשתתף בטיול בהתאם לארצות היעד והאתגרים הפיסיים שהטיול מציב.
מטיילים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים או בעלי מגבלות פיסיות ו/ או מגבלות רפואיות שונות – יש ליידע את חברתנו בעת ההרשמה על מנת לוודא את התאמתם לטיול.
למידע על חיסונים – על המטיילים לפנות ללשכות הבריאות או למרפאות המטיילים טרם ההרשמה לטיול אשר פרטיהן מצויות באתר משרד הבריאות.
לא יותר עישון בעת הנסיעות. יינתנו הפסקות עישון למעשנים. מטייל מעשן אשר חולק חדר עם מטייל אחר – יימנע מעישון בחדר. העישון בחדרי המלון אסורים על פי רוב ועישון בחדר בית המלון עלול לגרור קנסות בהתאם לחוקי בית המלון.
רכישת פוליסת ביטוח רפואי ומטען הינה חובה, ובאחריות המטייל בלבד!
מומלץ על רכישת ביטוח בעת הזמנת הטיול – כדי לכסות מקרים של ביטול נסיעה הנובע מסיבות רפואיות.
במקרה חירום של אשפוז בחו”ל או במקרה של הפסקת הטיול, יפעיל המטייל את הביטוח הרפואי ויהיה בקשר עם מוקד חברת הביטוח. חברתנו תעשה כל שביכולתה על מנת להעניק סיוע למטייל וזאת באופן המיטבי הניתן, אך לא תוכל לשאת בהוצאות הכספיות הכרוכות בכך ולא תישא באחריות להוצאות הנובעות מאשפוז המטייל או בהפסקת הטיול הנובעות ממצב בריאותו של המטייל.
בכל מקרה של הוצאות ותשלומים שונים הקשורים למצב שבגינו הפעלתם את הביטוח – ישלם המטייל את הנדרש בחו”ל והאחריות להחזרי ההוצאות יחולו על חברת הביטוח בלבד בהתאם לפוליסה של המטייל ובכל מקרה לא על חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ.
על המטייל חלה חובה לבטח עצמו בביטוח הכולל סעיפים הקשורים לביטול נסיעה ו/או קיצור נסיעה מכל סיבה שהיא.
ביטוח אתגרי – אנו ממליצים לכלול תוספת של ביטוח אתגרי – בהתאם למסלול הטיול המוצע ולהמלצות חברת הביטוח.
טיסות
החברה שומרת לעצמה זכות לבחור חברת תעופה וטיסות לכל טיול על פי שיקול דעתה ובהתאם לתוכנית הטיול.
טיסות של חברות תעופה ישראליות עוברות לרוב בנתיבים ביטחוניים. טיסות של חברות תעופה זרות מתבצעות לעיתים במסלולים שאינם מוגדרים בטחונים ועל מטיילים שנתיבי הטיסה חשובים להם לברר זאת אתנו לפני ההרשמה לטיול.
שינוי לוח טיסות אינו תלוי בחברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ או בשליטתה אלא בחברות התעופה (בשל השבתה, מזג אוויר, או אחר). במידה וחברת התעופה תערוך שינויים בלוח הטיסות לאחר ההרשמה לטיול, אנו נודיעכם על כך מיד עם קבלת המידע מחברת התעופה ונפעל להתאמת התכנית למועדי הטיסה החדשים. יובהר, כי השינוי עשוי להיות בהתראה קצרה ובסמוך למועד הטיסה. חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ לא תישא בהוצאות הנובעות משינויים בלוח הטיסות ומההשלכות הנובעות משינויים אלו.
מחיר הכרטיס נקבע על ידי חברות התעופה, כל אחת על פי תנאיה, ובין היתר, ע”ב מינימום מטיילים בקבוצה היוצאים וחוזרים באותם מועדים כאשר מספר קטן מהמינימום לא יאפשר כרטוס קבוצתי.
נוסעים המבקשים לחרוג ממסגרת הטיסה הקבוצתית בתאריך היציאה או החזרה במסגרת אותה חברת תעופה, חייבים בתוספת מחיר עבור Divide בהתאם למחירון חברת התעופה.
נוסעים אשר חורגים ממסגרת הטיסה הקבוצתית או שאינם משתלבים במסגרת הטיסה הקבוצתית, לא יזוכו בגין הלילות הניתנים בחניות לילה על ידי חברות התעופה בהלוך ו/או בחזור. ביטול כרטיס טיסה יחייב את הנוסע בסכום דמי הביטול כפי שחויב על ידי חברת התעופה.
באם יהיה צורך בלינה נוספת עקב שינויי הטיסות כאמור, תחול עלות הלינה הנוספת על המטייל.
בטיסות קבוצתיות ( כרטוס קבוצתי ) אין חברת לבונה טרוול 2006 בע”מ יכולה לקבוע את שירותי התעופה השונים כגון: סוגי ארוחות, ו/או הושבה במטוס. מיקום הנוסעים נקבע על ידי חברת התעופה ובאחריותה. לצערנו מדיניות חברות התעופה לגבי הושבת קבוצות היא לא לאפשר הושבה מראש בטיסות קבוצתיות. המטיילים יוכלו לבחור מקום ישיבה רק בסמוך למועד הטיסה, בעת פתיחת הצ’ק אין האינטרנטי או בצ’ק אין בשדה התעופה.
אין החברה אחראית לתוספות תשלום עבור משקל עודף בטיסה
מסי נמל והיטל דלק: עקב השינויים התכופים במיסי נמל ודלק, יעודכנו אלו סופית, רק עם קבלת כרטיסי הטיסה במשרדנו. כ 35 יום לפני יציאת הטיול. במידה ויהיו שינויים בתעריפי הטיסות, מסי נמל ודלק, גם אם שינויים אלו יחולו ברגע האחרון, תחול תוספת המחיר על הנוסע
אי הגעה לטיסה non-show חברות התעופה גובות קנסות מן הנוסעים שלא יודיעו על אי הגעה לטיסה מכל סיבה שהיא. חשוב מאוד לעדכן אותנו לפחות 3 ימי עבודה טרם יציאת הטיול על מנת שלא יווצר מצב זה של non show ותשלום קנס.
חלק מהטיסות הבין לאומיות לא כוללות ארוחות ולא מוגשת ארוחה בטיסה.
רוב חברות התעופה מכרטסות ומבקשות התחייבות מלאה על הכרטיס 35 יום לפני יציאת הטיול ולכן דמי הביטול על הכרטיס יהיו מלאים 35 ימים לפני יציאת הטיול.
ישנן חברות תעופה המבקשות התחייבות מלאה על הכרטיס 60 יום ויותר ולכן דמי הביטול יהיו ע”פ דרישתה וע”פ תנאי הכירטוס של חברת התעופה.
דירוג בתי המלון איננו אוניברסלי ואיננו לפי קריטריונים בינלאומיים ברורים והוא נקבע בצורה שונה ממדינה למדינה ולעיתים לא נקבע כלל כך שמלונות בעלי דירוג זהה יכולים להיות בעלי דרגות איכות שונות. אנו מפרסמים את דירוג בתי המלון ע”פ הדרוג העצמי שלהם כפי שמופיע באתר כל מלון (ככל שיש אתר כזה). במקרה של מחלוקת בעניין זה, רמת המלון תקבע לפי הדירוג העצמי שלו.
בכל בקשה מיוחדת של המטיילים תועבר על ידינו הבקשה לבית המלון ישירות או דרך סוכננו בארץ היעד. חברת לבונה טרוול לא תוכל להתחייב למילוי הבקשה על ידי המלון.
במקרה של תפוסת יתר במלון אליו הגעתם, עשוי המלון לספק מלון חלופי שווה ברמתו למלון המקורי או ברמה גבוהה יותר. אנו מדגישים כי נעשה ככול הניתן למציאת חלופות מתאימות אך חברתינו לא תוכל ליהיות אחראית לאיכות המלון החלופי.
כניסה ויציאה לחדרים בבתי המלון היא בהתאם למדיניות הבלעדית של בתי המלון. במקרה של טיסות בהן ההגעה למלון בשעת בוקר מוקדמת או העזיבה היא בשעת ערב מאוחרת, תעשה החברה כמיטב יכולתה להשיג כניסה מוקדמת או פינוי מאוחר של החדרים במספר שעות . בכל מקרה, אין החברה מתחייבת לספק את החדרים מיד עם ההגעה או לאפשר שהות מאוחרת בחדרים עד מועד הטיסה.
חלק משירותי בתי המלון הינם עונתיים ואינם מסופקים בכל ימות השנה. חברתנו לא תהיה אחראית לתלונות בגין כך שחלק מהשירותים לא היו פעילים, אלא אם כן מסרה למטייל מידע מטעה בעניין זה או שנמנעה מעריכת בירור למרות שנתבקשה לעשות כך על ידי המטייל.
חברת לבונה טרוול אינה אחראית למטרד עקב שיפוצים ו/או בנייה במלון או באזור הסמוך לו, וזאת ככל שמסרה למטייל כל מידע שהיה בידה בעת ביצוע ההרשמה לטיול.
חלק מבתי המלון מספקים חדרים עם מיטות נפרדות בלבד. לא ניתן להבטיח הימצאות מיטה זוגית בחדר.
מטייל המבקש ללון בחדר ליחיד יידרש לשלם תוספת עבור תוספת חדר ליחיד כמפורט בתכנית הטיול.
מידותיו של החדר ליחיד ואיכותו משתנה ממדינה למדינה וממלון למלון. ייעודו של החדר ליחיד הוא לשהיה של מטייל אחד ולכן ברוב המקרים יהיה זה חדר קטן יותר בגודלו.
חברת לבונה טרוול לא תוכל להתחייב למציאת שותף לחדר בטיול ובמקרה ולא יימצא שותף לחדר תחול תוספת חדר ליחיד על המטייל.
במידה וזוג שותפים לחדר אשר שובצו לחדר זוגי לפני הטיול יירצו לעבור לחדר ליחיד, ככל שהדבר יתאפשר, הם יהיו חייבים לשלם את תוספת החדר ליחיד במהלך הטיול, ישירות לבית המלון או לספק המקומי.
במסלולי הטיולים בהם משולבת נהיגה עצמית – הביטוח לרכב ולנוסע אינו כלול. באחריות הנוסע לבטח עצמו בהתאם.
מחיר הטיול הוא כמופיע בתכנית הטיול והוא מפרט גם את הסעיפים מה כלול ומה איננו כלול במחיר (מספר ימי הטיול כוללים את יום היציאה ויום החזרה).
תנאי התשלום יהיו כמופיע בטופס הרישום של חברת לבונה טרוול, יש לקרוא אותו בעיון בעת ההרשמה ולשים לב לאפשרויות התשלום והסייגים השונים.
לא יינתן כל זיכוי ו/או החזר למטיילים שלא עשו שימוש באחד או יותר מהשירותים / פעילויות המופיעות בימי הטיול .
לא יינתן החזר ו/או זיכוי למטיילים במקרים של קיצור ימי הטיול כתוצאה משינוי/ ביטול טיסות. באם חברות התעופה יבצעו שינויים בטיסות ברגע האחרון, והדבר ישפיע על תכנית הטיול ויגרום להוצאות נוספות – יחויבו המטיילים בתוספת זאת.
מחיר הטיול נקבע על פי תעריפי השירותים השונים בארץ ובחו”ל ביום ההרשמה. המחיר הינו לאדם בחדר זוגי והוא נקוב בדולרים/יורו.
כל המרות המטבע יחושבו על פי שער מטח העברות והמחאות (מכירה) כפי שמופיע באתר האינטרנט של בנק הפועלים ביום העסקים האחרון שקדם למועד התשלום.
תשלום במזומן על ידי המטייל יותר בכפוף להוראות החוק לצמצום השימוש במזומן, תשע”ח – 2018, ובכלל זה בעסקאות שמעל 11,000 ₪ יוכל המטייל לשלם במזומן עשרה אחוז ממחיר העסקה או 11,000 ₪ לפי הנמוך מבניהם.
הודעת הביטול מצד המטייל תעשה בכתב בלבד – בפקס או במייל אל משרדי החברה. מועד הביטול יהיה בזמן קבלת העדכון בכתב במשרדנו.
דמי ביטול :
מומלץ להזמין בזמן ההרשמה ביטוח בריאות וכך תימנע מתשלום דמי הביטול
ביטול עד 45 ימים לפני היציאה ללא חיוב, למעט דמי רישום וטיפול 100$
פחות מ-45 ימים לפני היציאה ועד 30 ימים לפני היציאה 35% ממחיר הטיול
פחות מ – 30 ימים לפני היציאה ועד 14 ימים לפני היציאה 70% ממחיר הטיול
פחות מ-14 ימים לפני היציאה ועד 7 ימים לפני היציאה 85% ממחיר הטיול
פחות מ-7 ימים לפני היציאה דמי ביטול מלאים.
במחיר הטיול כלולים דמי רישום וטיפול בסך 100 דולר שלא יוחזרו לנוסע בכל מקרה בעת ביטול מצדו
״ימים” – ימי עבודה לא כולל ימי שישי, שבתות וחגים. “מחיר טיול” – לא כולל עלות טיסות שלגביהם דמי הביטול יהיו מלאים
במקרה של חילוקי דעות בין החברה ובין המטייל, סמכות השיפוט המקומית הבלעדית והייחודית תהיה אך ורק לבית המשפט של נתניה, ללא קשר למקום הרשמתו או מקום מגוריו של המטייל.
